1. Payment and Refunds
   a. Arts for Spaces requires a 50% advance payment before proceeding with any drawing request.
   b. Payment for the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the drawing and prior to delivery.
   c. No refunds will be given once the drawing has been completed and delivered.
2. Intellectual Property
   a. Arts for Spaces retains all rights to the drawings created through the website.
   b. Arts for Spaces has the full ability to publish the drawing on the website, social media, and any marketing materials.
3. Limitation of Liability
   a. Arts for Spaces is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the website or the drawings created through the website.
   b. Arts for Spaces is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the drawings or for any delay in the delivery of the drawings.
4. Privacy Policy
   a. Arts for Spaces will collect and use personal information for the sole purpose of completing the requested drawing.
   b. Arts for Spaces will not share or sell personal information to third parties.
5. Indemnification
   a. You agree to indemnify and hold Arts for Spaces harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the website or the drawings created through the website.
